Refund and Returns Policy

Returns and Refunds Policy:

  • To initiate Return on items, Provide the Order number and Reason for Return.
  • Fill Return Form Online to initiate the return.
  • Before returning and shipping the items Customer must obtain Return Authorization by calling us.
  • We reserve the right to refuse products returned if authorization has not been provided.
  • The address for Return must be verified before shipping the parts.
  • Unopened and sealed items with intact packaging are acceptable only.
  • We reserve the right to ship an alternative part number to what was ordered, as long as the supplied product is the same in regard to fit and function.
  • The warranty claim process is based on product and vendor/manufacturer policies, on average it takes 45 days or more to inspect and decide on claim after receiving the parts and reports.
  • The restocking fee is 25% and freight will be deducted from the purchased price as well.
  • No Restocking Fee will be charged if shipped were incorrect or damaged and we will provide the return label.
  • All claims and returns requests are acceptable within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days no claim or return request will be accepted.
  • Claims for damaged items, missing parts or errors in shipping must be reported within 7 business days after delivery.
  • Refunds will be issued within 72 hours of inspection of parts received.
  • Customers are responsible for return Shipping on all returns and exchanges.

Rebuild Kits:

  • Open Rebuild Kits will not be accepted.
  • Minimum return shipping of $250.
  • Rebuild Kit returns are subject to a 15%-25% restocking fee.
  • Open Gasket set are not returnable.
